The Low-Cost Emergency Backup

You use one scanner but keep a spare tablet in case of issues. The screen on your primary device gets cracked ten minutes before doors. No problem: log out on the broken device and log in on the backup. Because only one device is active at a time, you only need one license.

The Multi-Space Venue

You run two performances spaces, but never on the same night. Logistically you can't move your scanners between them constantly. It's simple! You just pay for each device that you need *actively logged in* at the same time. If you log out on one phone and log in on another, that's covered by one license. It’s perfect for having backup devices or moving between spaces without paying extra.
