✨ How It Works For You (And Saves You Money) ✨
The Low-Cost Emergency Backup
You use one scanner but keep a spare in case of issues. The screen on your primary device gets cracked ten minutes before doors open. No problem: swap it out and log in on the backup. Because only one device is active at a time, you only need one license.
A Large Cast of Team Members
You have a big pool of House Managers, but only two ever work at the same time. Rotate two licenses within your team and your on-duty House Managers can get at-a-glance info on their phones, and can jump in to help the ushers as-needed. Pay only for the app access you need, not per user.
The Summer Festival
Running a 3-week festival in July? Subscribe at the start of the month and cancel before the event is over. Your service will continue until the end of the period you paid for. No long-term contract means you don't have money tied up in equipment you're not using while you're dark.
