Setup Guide

For basic scanning, you only need a Spektrix® account with Scanning User permissions. To unlock the full feature set (attendee lists, scan reports, group scanning), follow these steps in your Spektrix® system:

1. User Permissions

Ensure your user account also has Collect Report permissions. This is set under Settings > Users > User Accounts.

2. Report Configuration

In Insights & Mailings, create a new Sales report named exactly 'Ticket Scanning Report'. Set the criteria to find tickets with a Seat Status of 'Sold' or 'Scanned', for events where the Start Date is 'Today'.

3. Report Schedule & Access Notes

Create a Report Schedule for this report, set to 'Run on demand', delivered as a Link in CSV format to the email addresses of your scanner users. For Access Notes, create a Ticket Attribute in Settings called 'Accessibility Needs'.

Our app runs on over 98% of Android™ devices, utilising the built-in camera to scan tickets.
How does the 'Active License' model work?
It's simple! You just pay for each device that you need actively logged in at the same time. If you log out on one device and log in on another, that's covered by a single license. It’s perfect for having backup devices without paying extra.
Is this an official Spektrix® app?
No, this application is an independent product developed by On the Latch. While it is fully compatible with your existing Spektrix® system, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Spektrix Ltd.
How do I manage my subscription/payment information?
Your subscription and payment information is all handled by Paddle. Click here to access your account, or follow the links in your payment confirmation emails! If you need to increase or decrease the number of licenses you have, please contact us directly.
